Once the main bearing of the mill is burned, it not only affects normal production, but also shortens the life of the main shaft. There are many factors that lead to the burning of the main bearing of the mill. This paper shares the reasons for the problem of the grinding machine and the corresponding preventive measures.
Reasons for the main bearing of the mill main burner 1. Smooth oil is unreasonable, smooth deterioration in sliding friction, establish a reasonable bearing oil film, can ensure that the friction surface is not directly touched, the friction coefficient is smaller, the operation life is more long. The two main bearings carry the full load of the reversing part of the mill. Therefore, be sure to check if the smooth oil viscosity target meets the requirements. The viscosity is proportional to the oil film, the viscosity is too low, so that the oil film does not meet the requirements and burns the tile; if the viscosity is too high, the fluidity is deteriorated, and the continuous oil film cannot be established, resulting in smoothness and burning.
2. Smooth oil change or mixed with debris Because the workshop is not well handled or the responsibility of the post is not strong, the two ends of the bearing seat are not tightly closed and damaged, and the bearing observation hole cover is not covered for a long time, causing a large amount of dust and other impurities. The material enters the main bearing shell and mixes with smooth oil to make the smooth oil change, and the frictional resistance of the hollow shaft and the bearing bush increases. In addition, the spherical tile cooling water pipe joint is not tight or the spherical tile water cavity cracks, which will make the cooling water mix. In the smooth oil, together with the smooth oil, the oxides and impurities of the chemical reaction occur in the long-term use, which makes the smooth oil change, the viscosity decreases, and the smooth performance is lost.
3. The oil ring is loose, the smooth main bearing is made of thin oil and smooth, and the oil ring fixed on the hollow shaft is smooth with oil. Because of the effect of inertia and friction, the steel balls and materials in the mill bin are brought up by the rotating cylinder, which constitutes the steel ball, the material falls back and impacts the cylinder, and then the oscillation of the episode. After the mill runs for a certain period of time, it is affected by its own oscillation. The oil ring positioning bolts are naturally loosened, which constitutes the loose oil ring, and the oil scraper jams the oil ring, resulting in smooth failure, and the main bearing is dry and burned.
4. The scraping tile is not suitable for scraping the bearing. The original touch is hard to make a touch. The main idea may be to store a little smooth oil in the pit for smoothing. In fact, modern slick theory has shown that smoothness is mainly the effect of oil film, and it is necessary to have wedge-shaped voids in the formation of oil film. The smooth oil in the pit can not assist the composition of the oil film, and the touch point can break the oil film, which is unfavorable to smoothness. It can be seen that the improper scraping of the tile may also be a cause of the main bearing burnt tile.
5. Spherical tile sway is not sensitive. In order to make the tile surface and the journal face evenly touch, the load is evenly distributed. Therefore, most of the main bearing design adopts a spherical tile structure, which can be multi-dimensionally oscillated with the rotation of the hollow shaft. . However, in practice, it is not easy to ensure that the operation is sensitive. The main reasons are as follows: one is that the touch surface is too large, which hinders the spherical surface; and the other is the groove of the concave spherical surface of the bearing seat, which hinders the spherical tile from being sensitive. Therefore, because the spherical tile is not sensitive to swinging, the composition is unevenly stressed, so that the partial heat is generated.
6. The hollow shaft deformation hollow shaft is practically a thick-walled cylinder, which is elastically deformed due to load during operation. In addition, since the temperature of the mill is increased after a period of operation, the hollow shaft is also subject to thermal deformation. The elastic deformation causes the hollow shaft journal to be elliptical; the thermal deformation increases the diameter. As a result, on the one hand, the contact area between the journal and the bearing pad changes periodically, that is, the touch stress exhibits a periodic change; on the other hand, the gap between the journal and the bearing bush is reduced, which is disadvantageous for storing oil and smooth. The deformation of the hollow shaft is one of the more important reasons for the main bearing burnt tile.
7. The zigzag deformation of the cylinder When the lining plate and the grinding body are installed in the grinding cylinder, the cylinder will have a large deflection, so that the hollow shafts at both ends are tilted up. At this moment, the hollow shaft and the end face of the cylinder have a large attack. The verticality error, coupled with the deformation of the cylinder itself, will cause the bearing surface of the bearing to be very uneven. Regarding the on-site research, the force will be collected on an annular strip on the side of the cylinder because the touch area is reduced. The pressure increases sharply, and the smooth oil is more difficult to enter the touch zone, forming a tile on the side of the cylinder.
8. Other factors such as cracks in the bearing shell, oil leakage, loss of smooth oil, lower oil level, structure and quality of the spherical tile itself.
